CAN NOT CONTAIN WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. I have serious allergies with asthma and eczema (even after 4 years of allergy shots). I had been successfully using Whole Foods Quercetin with Bromelain for the last 5 years to help control them, but the price kept going up so thought I would switch to this brand to save money. Although this bottle says it has a higher amount of Quercetin and Bromelain per pill, even after taking 2 of these pills (as the bottle says is 1 dose), IT DID NOT WORK - within a few hours my nose plugged up and gushed like it does when I take nothing. I tried following the dosage for 2 days thinking maybe it had to "get in my system" or something - IT STILL DID NOT WORK like the Whole Foods brand..... Switched back to Whole Foods and WITHIN 1 HOUR my allergies are once again under control. Paying through the roof for Whole Foods brand but with the severity of my allergies I need something that actually works. This obviously doesn't contain high quality Quercetin and Bromelain or not even close to the dosage that it says it does.
