I do not understand how this product got five stars from anyone. It is under-powered, the chute, although wide, is so poorly designed that it allows a ton of food to get caught around the bottom of feed chute, and the chute itself is so high from the blades that large parts of food do not get chopped or shredded. Oh and safety device that stops the processor from operating until the food pusher is in, is a pain, in fact I hate it. As other reviewers have noted chopped food gets caught in the safety tube and it is almost impossible to get it out, which brings me to my last issue with this product; while attempting to get food out of the safety chute, the handle which locks the top on, broke. So now after two months of use, the food processor is basically useless.
