According to the ads for this product, it should be dishwasher safe, able to be used in the oven and have a non-stick surface. It also is supposed to be able to be used for outdoor grills but I can't attest to that. The following are my experiences with this product: 1. From the beginning, everything stuck to the grate making cleaning it no easier than any other kind. 2. After being in the dishwasher, the orange coating began to come off. I noticed it first on the back of the tray and now most of the orange covering on the grate is gone. 3. The oven didn't seem to cause any damage to either the grate or the tray.
