I've been worm farming for years. I have so many worms that I want to expand to a second bin. I couldn't find my bin (bought about 15 years ago), so I read the review and got the Worm Factory 360. After assembling this new bin, I noticed the following issues right out of the box: The trays weren't all sized the same, defeating the capability to rotate them. The lid didn't sit well on the trays - this will allow worms to escape and ants & flies to enter. Flies are the worst, once they get in, you get maggots and have to throw everything away and start over. There is a good sized gap for ventilation between the base and the bottom tray - this again will allow worms to leave and ants & flies to enter. Searching the internet, I think I found the updated model to my old bin, which by the way is still in perfect condition - it's biggest issue is that the trays can get heavy. I am returning the Worm Factory 360 and buying the Worm Cafe. Thank you.
