I saw the reviews trying to warn that this thing is overpriced garbage that doesn’t last, but I needed a solution and thought well, it’s almost forty dollars and from a brand I recognize, maybe there are some bad units but I’m sure *mine* will be fine... After a couple of months of light use - a few times a week, I’d estimate maximum 7-10 hours for a heavy week - I noticed a couple of times that my phone didn’t charge. I thought maybe I had made a mistake, then as it kept happening and the audio started working only intermittently I thought I would try new cords and see if that was the issue. I mean, you probably can guess that the cords were not the problem? Maybe there’s a warranty, so if you buy it save the packaging and whatever else you might need to make a warranty claim. Maybe it’s meant to be like the zagg screen protector that I bought a few years back and I had to make warranty replacements but eventually even with the cost for those it seemed like it approached paying a fair price for the product.
