A dream come true, if you're a heavy tea/coffee drinker like myself; this thing will be just perfect for a whole day's worth of the hot stuff, it keeps the drink VERY hot for a long time, and the handle is just so handy, PERFECT. It's not that hard to clean either, I just follow what other posters mentioned, where I wash it with hot water right after I'm done with it, and a little scrubbing the top part. If you leave it for the night it could be a little bit harder to clean. It's a little hard to open after filling it up for the first time, requires a little bit of muscle force. Update: After a few months of use it stopped holding drinks hot, it'd get warm in less than an hour. Never washed it in the dishwasher, always handled it with care.
