I'm trying to buy American, I want BPA-FREE, PFTE-FREE, and PFOA-FREE products. I don't want to buy Chinese products - I want quality products. 81% 4 star reviews, I mean; how many shills can be bought in 2020? Professional chef/baker here... MY EXPERIENCE 1. Placed chicken on the wire rack, placed rack with chicken on the pan, lite BBQ sauce brushed on the chicken at 375°. 2. BBQ sauce that dripped onto the pan left permanent stains on the pan. 3. Tried cleaning the pan with soapy cloth, stains stayed. Used a non-new sponge scrubber and the scrubber end is real soft after loads of use. This scratched the non-stick Americoat coating right off the pan. Not joking when I say very little elbow-grease during cleaning. I should have listened to the reviews. This product is not safe for use and shouldn't be sold on Amazon. Remove this product Amazon!
