I was really excited to receive this product as it came exactly as I had hoped/was advertised. I saw a lot of positive reviews about it and thought that it would meet my needs. The first day I used it, I had the Straw Lid on. I filled the cup with ice water and it kept my water cold for hours. I refilled the cup with water about 3 times. The fourth time I tried to remove the lid, it wouldn't come out. As I tried to remove the lid, it completely fell apart and is no longer usable. This is unfortunate because the Straw Lid is a major reason I bought this cup. Before buying this I saw someone else leave a review similar to my experience about the lid falling apart but I assumed that was an exception or faulty product. Im disappointed that I didn't listen to that person and even more disappointed that I spent money on something that didn't even last me an entire day in school.
