I purchased not only this Meater product but some of their other products like Meater Block. Seemed conceptually the perfect product for smoking, especially wireless ability. Now the reality. The product is not accurate. Had probes next to each other spinning of not only massive differences in temperature but not even showing at all temperatures on 1 or more. Next and worse, notice this company has no customer service number - there is a reason, it is a farce. You have have wait for days to get a response. Aside from a front store/warehouse in the USA, there is no American representatives who you can call live. When you do get through with their online form, they are nasty and constantly insistent their product is perfect and you are to blame (I am a master griller and not taking about the retail products). They string you along and do not honor until after the period is over the 30 day money back period. So I ask you to be patient until other products who have real customer service come along or you will regret for this overpriced product. Never have I seen a company in decades of my existence act the way they have. I know, there is a tendency not to read the 1 stars but there is a story there. Tread carefully. If they try this game on you too, remember to call your credit card company and complain they are provided you a defective product and it is at their cost they must come to get. If they refuse, tell credit card company what the company is trying to do and they will block monies of going to them. Sad to have something with right concept just have attitude customer is to be played with, especially for the price point they have this out.
