I loved my FloorMate when I first purchased it. Less than a handful of uses though, the solution dispensing regulator stopped working causing the water to just pour out of the machine. I called Hoover directly since it had been more than Amazon's 30 return policy. However, Hoover's warranty's start from date of manufacture, NOT date of purchase! WTH?! So this machine was sitting on a shelf for who knows how long, and the warranty expires before I'm even able to use it? Cleary this company doesn't believe in their own product if they will not even uphold a warranty long enough for people to use it! Oh, but they did offer me a discount on a new model! How much money do I have to spend to get a working machine?
