Sorry but I really wanted to support small business and I did by purchasing unfortunately this sauce is pure hype. This sauce has an overpowering oregano taste so much so it taste like pizza sauce or a really good lasagna sauce if you add ground meat (which u might just do because it definitely doesn't taste good with seafood. And I cook/cater events. I tried adding lemon juice and chili peppers to try and give it a flavor other than oregano but nothing worked. I e ded up eating my seafood without any sauce. After 1 cluster I couldn't take the taste anymore. It did taste good with the mini cucumbers and sweet peppers I had but not with the seafood. Thw recipe definitely needs reworking because it's a thick greasy Overload of oregano. Not really understanding all the other seasonings when all you can taste is oregano. Complete waste of money for me, for less money I could've made my garlic butter that everyone loves. Wish her much success but this was a let down because she makes it look like it taste amazing and so do all the other people who eat it but again I think they're just hyping it up for no reason.
