Whole process was a disaster. First paid extra for expedited shipping. Item only shipped from Zopu Digital Technology on the day it was supposed to be delivered to me! That would have been amazing if it would have traveled 1200 miles in 6 hr.s!! Amazon refunded shipping $. So it gets to me a day late and I install new batteries and sd card, turn on power NOTHING!! Recheck battery installation and then install 8 more new batteries. STILL DOES’NT TURN ON. Whole thing is a joke at my expense!!!
