Bought one for my wife who used it once and then both bulbs blew out. Couldn't open plastic case to access bulbs ($7.00 each) to replace them - then saw little imprint on plastic case which stated that an experienced electrician was needed to change them. Now, let's figure this one out....a product that costs $23.00 will require an electrician at a minimum of $80.00 per hour to replace two $7.00 bulbs. Web site printed on paperwork that came with the mirror doesn't list Jerdon ... toll free phone to reach the company is either continually busy or no one answers. Could this be a major rip-off...duh...think so. I don't think I'm willing to give these folks any more of my money.
