My daughter had this watch for less than a week and the band broke. We contacted Vtech and was told there was nothing they could do. Their customer service was terrible. My daughter was so excited to get this and was so disappointed because she can’t even wear it now. Luckily Amazon seems to be really good about returns but I couldn’t be more disappointed with Vtech.
