The iPad arrived defective and wouldn’t even let me get passed the startup without freezing and then crashing over and over again. A waste of my time and money for something that doesn’t even work and is clearly a defective product. This shouldn’t have been sold. I am very upset as I now have to return it and reorder the iPad. Had I shopped at Apple I would be able to easily and quickly get a replacement in store. But since I purchased from Amazon the process is going to take longer and be a hassle for me. I expect more from amazon and their sellers. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.
