I was really excited using these and made sure to use them every single day and use mouthwash immediately after. I was even using them at work. The slimy feeling didn’t bother me too much, because I just wanted whiter teeth. I took before and after pictures almost every day. And for the most part, I could immediately see a difference every time. However around day 7, it became apparent to me that the difference in whiteness only actually occurred in pictures (weird but it’s true). Because the second I looked in the mirror, my teeth looked the same. And in fact if I used my back camera with flash, I could see there was no change. I tried to be super consistent with my pictures and take them in the same place in the same position so the lighting wouldn’t affect my results. In summary, the whitening was only temporary. And I truly only saw the difference in pictures, not really in person. If you’re getting your picture taken, this is perfect for that. But if you’re looking for permanent results, I’m not sure this is the product for you. I attached some pictures so you can see some of my favorite results.
