From all of these positive reviews I thought these would work great, but the arch is literally so high that it feels like your heel has no support. They’re also very stiff and don’t bend at all so they’re impossible to put in anything else but completely flat shoes and don’t allow you to move your foot at all. I literally tried them in all of my shoes and they only made them fit worse and feel less comfortable.
