Have purchased 6 Sleepgram pillows in the last two years. Really enjoy the ability to customize each pillow, we find them comfortable and really give a great nights sleep. Then, this past weekend, we cleaned our two main pillows following the care instructions and when we removed the covers from the dryer, one of the covers zippers had separated and could not be "re-zipped". I contacted Sleepgram at their 800 number and was informed that Sleepgram does not have a "Lifetime Warranty". I questioned how they could offer a Lifetime Warranty across the banner on their home webpage (See photo) but not honor it? I listened while the customer service rep read from her script that they don't have such a warranty even if it does say that on their website and since I was out of their 100 night free return window there was nothing that would do to stand behind their product. Buyer beware! Sleepgram DOES NOT stand behind their so called "Lifetime Warranty", this is deceptive and poor customer service. I, for one, will no longer do business with a dishonest and unreputable company.
