Worked great for 2 months than died out of nowhere. No luck getting it replaced through manufacturer
The ad claims a 12 month warranty and 24-hour customer service but I have been unable to contact manufacturer about getting the product replaced. Very disappointing because it worked really well for 2 months before it died mid-use and is now unable to charge (no light when it's plugged in).
