I was happy with it until hair got stuck in the axel. It wrapped around the axel throwing off the steering and made it unusable. I swept right before using it but missed some hair it seems. I'm kinda surprised they didn't anticipate this kind of issue. The tires do come off but not the rim and it's very difficult to get to the hair. You will have to meticulously clean each and every time before use. I don't see this as a good fit for anyone with kids pets or long hair.
