This fryer didn't work for me. It stopped in the middle of frying the chicken. The red light keep going on and off and the oil got cold.Finally the light never came but on..I had to fry the chicken in a frying pan,I was so pissed off. My husband is resolving the issue with the seller,so we should get a new one or some refund. I was so pissed to bother call but we are looking forward to something better. Hamilton Beach should be a good brand. This our first time using the pot..
