I’ve been taking this specific vitamin for at least 5 years. It always worked well for me with no side effects. This last bottle I purchased has made me so nauseous, I even vomited twice. My stomach continued to be queasy for the rest of day. At first I thought I was just ill until I put it together after 10 days or so. I contacted the company and they informed me they recently changed the formula. They were great in offering a complete refund. The issue is now what vitamin to take? I’m so disappointed as this one worked for me for so long. I certainly can’t take the nausea, vomiting and upset stomach. Why one a day?! Search is on for a similar vitamin that won’t make me sick.
