I really liked the pot , however after letting it cool I put the pot insert and glass lid in my refrigerator next morning I went to pick it up and the glass completely shattered dropping glass inside the pot, I had to throw out the food. I contacted yeti warehouse to inform them of the glass lid ; I wasn’t looking for a refund or an exchanged , I was willing to buy a replacement , but changed my mind after receiving a very rude email from the warehouse President and Ms. Green accusing me of lying about kid shattering . Very rude and unnecessary, horrible treatment of a paying customer. I will never order from them , and I will spread the word!! Courtesy and treating your customers with respect is priceless , they lack this!! It’s all about money , obviously !!
