I purchased these pillow back in May and after using it for 5 months, my wife started to complain that her pillow isnt that comfortable any more. The pillow became less fluffy overtime and eventually to the point where now I have get new one. They were no doubt great for first couple of months. However, they need to be replaced after every six months 12/3/2019 - I purchased the new one to replace my old pillow and they are more worst than previous one. The quality has no doubt decreased and they are more soft than the previous one. IMO, they don't worth a dime. I have sent them back got the refund. The seller also offer you giftcard if you leave negative feedback and keep on sending you email until you reply to him. I'm pretty sure alot of negative feedbacks were removed like this.
