Doesn't cool
We've had this unit for 2 weeks and it just doesn't cool anymore... A piece of junk. When I asked for a refund they text me and asked me to send a video of it not working. Once they realized it was a bad model I asked for a replacement and they said "Sorry no, dump it and reorder on Amazon"
Dump it? What does that even mean.....
Update:
On 12/31/2020 they messaged me and offered me $30 to delete my review... really? I have seen other reviews that say the same thing. This is NOT how you run a company.
