I used the Petmate Metal Litter Scoop for the first time this evening, and as soon as I inserted it into the cat litter box to remove waste, I said to myself something similar to "What the blank!" The metal scoop "neck" extends a stupendous 1.5 inches into the rubber handle or whatever non-stiff flimsy material it's made of. The metal "neck" doesn't extend all the way up to that hole that you can use to hang the scoop if you wish. The handle bends as you scoop. Does that scream "QUALITY" to you? Well, it doesn't to me. What it screams is "TRASH CAN MATERIAL". I can guarantee you that the rubber handle won't last too long, and you'll be throwing the litter scoop into the nearest trash can darn quick. Save your money and move on to something else. I'm the sucker who purchased the product and wrote the first review on Amazon.com, so you all can learn something from me. This product stinks worse than uncovered poop. Geez.
