I wanted to try this product during my January whole 30 to supplement my hair growth. I did not take it during the first few days of my whole 30 and was fine. Once I started taking this supplement I had extreme diarrhea every day. I stopped taking it and my BM’s returned to somewhat normal. Beware if you start having issues, you may be sensitive to this product. Will not use again.
