I am writing to tell you about a tragic event that happened to my new puppy. We left him in your crate for several hours and due to the poor sizing of your mesh, he jumped up on the crate and tried to bite into the mesh bar by twisting his head to the side to get between the bars. He ended up caught and strangled himself. I am very concerned about your product on the open market. My dog was a Sussex Spaniel and was not that small at all!!
