Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've had two of these in the last year and a half. The first one just stopped working after 10 months. Dead. Contacted customer service who made me go through lots of problem solving steps that I had already done. Finally sent me a new one (different color, probably reconditioned). Fast forward 9 months. The second one dies. Contact customer service through chat. Cut off 3 times and no one contacts me. I'm done with Sonicare...poor quality, poor customer service. Time to try another brand.
