I just received this brush as a Christmas gift for my daughter about 5 minutes ago and I'm pissed!!!!! There is a hair that wasn't removed, and dandruff in the brush!!!!! (I'm a licensed cosmetologist I know what a used brush looks like) the logo on the top of the brush is smudged and missing parts of the wording due to the brush being used (after it was heated I'm sure that's how the logo was smudged), there is also ink from the logo on the power cord probably from when it melted, along with indents on the brush from being banged after round!!! I can't believe anyone would ship a USED hair product to a paying customer and think it's ok!!! This is completely discusting and going right back to the responsible party!!! I'm trying to download pictures on my computer to post as it won't let me do it from my phone.
