I enjoyed my 6" Chirp wheel for 3 weeks before it cracked and I plopped down flat on my floor! My bathroom scale may not be the most accurate, but I believe I'm about 300 pounds away from the 500 pound weight limit. While the wheel was in one piece I could tell that it was stretching and relaxing my back muscles, but the total lack of durability keeps me from giving this product more than 1 star. I was interested in exchanging the wheel to see if I just had a defective one, but when Chirp support told me it would be 5+ weeks to receive a replacement and they couldn't/wouldn't do anything for the inconvenience, it made my decision to return the product an easy one. Really disappointing experience.
