Update Do not freak out! And don't touch it , You should freak out and run
My original review is below. To the 175 people that found my review helpful I apologize. This product does not stand up. After 18 months the tub begins to bubble and peal. If you contact the company they say it's because the flexing of a fiberglass tub or because you dint caulk (Back then and not sure if it is now but there was no mention of this). Well I have a steal tub with no flex. If you're looking to make your tub last a year or so this product will kind of work for you. If you want to believe their hype that it will last 15 to 20 years you're going to be upset. Below is my correspondence with the company
Hi ,
It's Sarah from Refinished Bath Solutions. It sounds like water got up under the finish and caused this issue. This is a rare issue but it can happen from not re-caulking or anywhere water can get under the finish. The finish should be able to last 15-20 years. If you could provide me with some photos I can better evaluate and come up with a fix.
All my best,
Sarah

Hi
I used your product 2 years ago and it lasted for about 18 months. It has lifted around the drain and is progressively getting worse? What are my options to repair this? Is this normal? It should last longer than 18 months?

It's around the drain. Don't remember seeing in the instructions at the time to chalk around it

Hi ,
It's Sarah again. This looks like it was caused from the chip or crack. When you have something like that water will get up under it and wreck the finish. Also looks like this unit was possibly fiberglass or plastic? If so it is possible that it could have had a flex that wasn't fixed. If that is the case it would cause cracking like this if it wasn't fixed with expanding foam. To fix I would recommend peel up the loose pieces then sand anything that is needed smooth to touch and recoat the area. If this was caused from a flex that would need to be fixed first with expanding foam then could re-coat with ekopel. But if the flex isn't fixed this issue will keep reoccurring. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.
All my best,
Sarah

It's a steel tub with no issues. Here is a link to my review of your product https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R35OUF3BMAG08N?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_srp . You can see the before photo and the after video. I gave the product a pretty amazing review that 175 people found helpful. If we can not come to an agreement on a refund for a replacement I will be updating that review with a video and photos of what it looks like 18 months later. I did that install exactly the way your videos and documentation say. You can also see it's a steel tub in the video and the picture with no damage to cause "Flexing".
The company has not replied and I honestly don't expect them to. They do not stand behind their product and will blame the product failure on anything they can. Stay away from this product it will not hold up.
They did reply !

Well Sarah its a bath tub there maybe a little bit of water lol!
This is my pervious replay that was a day after all the work
I got the product yesterday. Last night when I got home I started the prep work. Sanded down the chips and rust with a palm sander and wash the tub with the toilet bowl cleaner. Taped everything up and waited until this morning to use the product. I was a little freaked out to pour so fast but I went for it. If you watch the youtube video a couple of times you'll know what to do. I do have a run Around the over flow but it's not a big deal compared to the rest of the tub which came out flawless. To the dyi vet that had a hard time. Turn in your dyi badge this was a walk in the park! This product saved me thousands! The prep took longer then the actual application of the product.
