No end. Stops smack in the middle of the story. AVOID.
This is one of those stories that should have been one book. But for what ever reason - feed her ego, grab more money - the author ends the story in the middle of an actual scene. No tidy half ending. No closure to the current action. They are right in the middle of a confrontation and that is the cut off. Like she had a deadline to meet and did not have a minute to spare to wrap up the current conundrum and leave a breadcrumb for the upcoming strife. Wish I could leave zero stars.
