Was going to refrain from writing a review but now I'm irritated. Bought this over a year ago. I do have a newer truck with trailer detection so had to wire it directly into my tail lights. 4 months in, the brake light portion faded and stopped working. I put in for the warranty and had to pay 60 to send it back. Didn't realize was going to cost that much until I was already there, w.e. paid it and a week later got my new one put on. 2 months later...same thing happened. I looked on here and other sites and found it to be a common problem. I emailed them a picture and asked them what they would do to fix the problem with the light bar and asked if they're pay the shipping for a new one being the second time in less than a year. I mean if they figured out why it was failing in the circuit board, easy, and got a new one done deal for all customers that like this bar. The email I got back was "it's not a common problem, they looked and u try shipping UPS." Not a direct quote but the 3 points made. So now I'm irritated because I know how to use filters, can block out happy people who haven't had their bars more than 6 months and can find every single person with this problem and emailed it to them with no response. WASTE OF MONEY! You will spend half of the product cost sending it back for warranty...spend the money on a better product. 😡
