I had bought the Casper mattress a few months ago and absolutely loved it so I finally pulled the trigger on the pillow. Unfortunately the pillow has very little support. It is very, very soft and my head/neck sinks all the way in to the bottom of the pillow. I was hoping it would be a bit more firm considering the mattress is quite firm and buoyant. Seems like other people like the support the pillow gives them so now I am thinking maybe I got a defective one? Based on the pillow I received, I would not recommend. I feel like any old cheap pillow from target would offer the same support. Very disappointing as I have raved about the mattress.
