I bought this product because the description clearly states that this cage is made out of extremely durable metal and will not cause an injury to an animal. I post my 7th month old Border Collie in there, who weighs 45 lb. As you can see in the pictures he pulled the cage while I was away one day, when I came home I seen him covered in blood. He got a huge slice of iskcon open about a quarter size. From the supposably extremely durable cage. I contacted the company, they didn't even issue me a refund they responded to Reece later. Amazon was the one who issued me to refund thank you Amazon. The company asked me to send pictures to legal department so we will see what happens. I will update the review as we go along. unfortunately I will not be able to post the pictures of my dog's injury. But I would say it is a moderate injury and will need to require vet care.
