I should start off by saying that while this product worked it was amazing. Great at stretching out muscles, soothing muscle pain, and recovery. However, right at the 12 month mark it started to overheat and strongly smell like something was burning. When I contacted Therabody they told me this was a known issue and to immediately stop using the product. They also told me my warranty period had just ended and that they could/would not do anything for me. I am now left with a useless $300 product that is too dangerous to use. One that was designed to fail the moment the warranty period ended. I strongly urge anybody thinking about purchasing to get one of the many other brands that are 1/3 the price, and will stand by their product.
