I bought this product to install into my new home that I was renovating. To start, I know what I am doing when it comes to electrical and how my boiler work. I also read the instructions in its entirety before attempting to hook it up. In the instructions for my home’s heating system (multiple zone force hot water) it advised me to contact Honeywell for the wiring instructions. It didn’t say to contact if I was having issues but rather not include anything in the booklet besides an 800 number for me to call to get the information I needed. So I called the number, followed the prompts and was them told due to a high call volume they couldn’t take my call and I was hung up on. I tried the next few days to get in touch with them via phone and I was hung up on every time. I emailed them, to which I still haven’t received a reply. Finally I contacted customer support via the live chat. This was also useless because the customer support didn’t know how to wire up the multiple zones even tho the instructions were literally to contact them. So in other words go with something else because if Honeywell isn’t even going to provide basic instructions on how to install their product, what type of product are they even selling you to behind with. Also just so everyone also knows. I was able to get the thermostat to come on but it would never send heat through the boiler and I have only 3 wires to hook up, I couldn’t imagine anything actually in depth wired to this junk.
