Buyer beware
I purchased this glass mat 9 months ago. I actually was loving it; until one evening it exploded into 10's of thousands of shards.
It has a"Lifetime" Guarantee; so, I thought, Okay my purchase is safe, I will just ask for a refund.
Well, politely Amazon sends me to the manufacturer. Then the Manufacturer politely sends me back to Amazon.
In the end, I eat it!! Turns out the best either can do is send me another mat. Did not want to have a repeat event of that magnitude so, I lose.
So, if you purchase this glass mat; just realize; as long as it does not explode on you everything will be all right. But the day it does. You are on your own! Neither Amazon nor the manufacturer will back ou the guarantee
