The Bed itself is decent. It looks good although it smelled bad for the first days. Unfortunately one of the metal bars that came with it had different leg sizes. Which I only found out while building the bed. I contacted Zinus customer support about the issue and they told me I must do a full exchange via amazon to get it fixed or wait almost three month to get a replacement part. Returning a king size bed isn't exactly the most convenient thing to do (especially if your mattress will be delivered in two days) so I asked them if at least they could reimburse $24 to me so I can rent a power tool from Home Depot to cut the metal leg myself. But well even that was asked to much. Instead they insisted I have to disassemble the entire bed and send the 110 pound, 90 x 80 inch packet back to do a full exchange. So be aware if you buy this from Amazon, hope that all the parts are correct, there will be no proper support for your item if something went wrong. At least the leg was too long and not too short so I could fix it myself.
