I am changing my review to 1 star. I have since ordered a few more of these and I got a total DUD, one that was way off temperature and humidity percentage wise. I tried to return or exchange it, and was told that it was not possible. It is a shame. The others worked fine within -1 + 1 degree and humidity percentage. I had them all lined up and in the same from for 4 days and just 1 was way off. I even replaced the battery with a new Duracell. I tried to exchange it and was told that I would not be able to do that. So, now I'm stuck with one that I have to notate the difference on it and that is just annoying. Bad customer service. These monitors are absolutely fantastic. I purchased 3 and there is very little variance between the readings. I have them all over my house and they also are able to attach to metal if necessary. I have one in the garage, the living room, bedrooms and in my den. I used to have a moisture problem in my house and this really helps me keep the levels in check.
