This little fan lasted 13 months - not bad when you consider that it was running 8-10 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, when it failed it failed spectacularly and actually caught fire. Fortunately I was right there when it happened, otherwise things would have been much, much worse. Catching fire is a deal breaker. So, regardless of its longevity, I'm giving this product the lowest possible rating and going to try a different brand as a replacement.
