I want a refund! Buyer beware! In sum: pretty design, horrible quality, cheap as hell This suitcase fell apart on my first trip. I literally picked up the suitcase by the handle to load it onto the airport weighing station and it popped off. I opened it up to discover that it is poorly and cheaply constructed- designed to be nicely lightweight and fall apart quickly. The zippers to open the expandable section actually fell off after opening and closing twice, revealing cheap, low-quality fabric that looks like it will fall apart after use. This happened after the first leg of my journey- so just imagine how frustrating it was to lug around the suitcase up a staircase or up into a train with a broken handle (and no side handle either). The stitching started coming out on the first part of my trip as well, in addition to missing zippers and unwanted open expansion parts. I had to pay for suitcase wrapping because I was afraid that the entire suitcase would fall apart and spill all my belongings during its return journey. The smaller carry-on, however, fared slightly better than its bigger suitcase version. It was very lightweight and easily fit all airline carryon size limitations. However, the telescope handle is flimsy and cheap, so sometimes I had to push the actual bag part while walking with a small bag on top of it, and it tipped over completely if I rested my carry-on with small bag at a stop. I had read all the other reviews before purchasing this bag, but this was a major mistake. The description of the bag itself is misleading. This set is lightweight only because it is so flimsy and cheap with nothing to stabilize it. I deeply regret this wasted money and am absolutely furious. I want my money back! I just wrote to the company requesting a return and refund. I'll update this review based on their response.
