I did not get this on wonderful Amazon. I felt it necessary to let others now how I feel so they won't make the same mistake. Here is what I dislike. In order to use the product I had to go to the adobe website and create an account. Then the serial number was displayed so that I could load the program on my computer. Well, it loaded beautifully without a hitch. But, it took over my computer. It is an interactive type set-up and follows me around, even though I set up my preference otherwise. It requires a log in and password everytime I want to use the program. If I unplug the modem, the program will not allow use. This is unacceptable because I have many photos past and present that I do not want shared outside of family and friends. I want to simply load or scan my camera photos on the computer, do a few enhancements then print and mail. This program will only save the photo to an adobe album and then shows up like a black blob when in windows photo view. Can't use it as my desktop background. Also, it keeps you logged in and tracks everything. Geesh! Oh, software purchases do not refund money or accept returns no matter how unhappy a customer finds the product. My opinion is to not buy anything that owns you, like this thing. I uninstalled the program, swearing all the way. 12/11/17. The store I bought this at kindly accepted my return of the product. So thankful for that and will shop there many more times. I ended up reformatting the hard drive and that took hours to load all my software back onto it then wait for microsoft updates to download and install. The adobe had still kept an "eye" on my activity even though I uninstalled so I totally reformatted for that reason. I considered it to be a nightmare that won't soon be forgotton.
