BRI Nutrition and Amazon does not show the complete and legible ingredients and contents list on the Amazon listing. When you receive the product, it will list a proprietary blend of various extracts, purportedly having resveratrol content. One of the larger contents comes from a green tea extract. So, this product contains a fair amount of caffeine. I reacted as such after my first suggested dosage. This coupled with the unproven positive effects of supplemental resveratrol in the literature, almost universally unknown quantities of it in products such as this, and side effects emanating from its use, make this product highly undesirable.It may be better to have the occasional sip of red wine instead (See a link to a research article from the questions and answers section). Lastly, the product is non-refundable through Amazon and may require special handling for such a request.
