Bought this because people kept saying it was the best purchase they ever made. Well, this has been one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I didn't want to spend this much, and even got it at its lowest price, but thought paying the premium price would be worth it. The first time I used the machine I was so excited to remove the stains that my Hoover wasn't able to remove. Except it didn't. In fact, it didn't seem to remove the stains any better than a cheap Hoover at all. Needless to say, I was shocked. A month later, I'm using it again, and my carpets just look ridiculous dirty after several cycles of washing and rinsing. Now I notice that my carpets are dirtier than before. How? The thing is leaking dirty water everywhere. In blotches, in straight lines, the unit seems to be leaking dirty water from everywhere. The worst part is the unit has a hard time even cleaning the dirty water it is leaving behind. So now, I'm basically ruining every area of carpet that I'm cleaning. I clean one area, and the unit leaks dirty water all around. I try to clean those area and not only does it not clean those spots, it creates more dirty spots by more leaking. It's a vicious cycle and I don't even want to try to clean anymore.
