3/2021 - I recommend that you avoid this printer and find another one. It is from China and everything is in Chinese. It’s not compatible with either of my laptops and won’t download properly. Even my IT guy at work described it as useless. 4/2021 UPDATE - The manufacturer continues to send me harassing emails telling me to remove my negative review. Stay away from this company and this printer!! 5/2021 UPDATE - I am still receiving harassing emails from this company to remove my negative review. Their email also states that they have switched to a new manufacturer and have solved the problem. Amazon should not allow them to sell this machine on their site.
