Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Like many others, I received an activation key that Windows reported as already having been used. I was able to call Microsoft support to get my system activated, but given the number of users reporting bad keys here I'd be shocked if something shady wasn't going on. Note that this product is not distributed by Amazon, although the product page does not mention this anywhere (I can see it from my order page only). The actual distributor, Y&J Distribution, has multiple pieces of feedback regarding bad keys, all struck out with a "we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience" note from Amazon. I don't know how providing duped keys could be a fulfillment issue, but wherever the problem is, Amazon is doing an astoundingly poor job with such a high-profile product. Stay away.
