I have had this scanner for nearly a week now and so far nothing that is advertised on it is true. Cubify says they do not accept returns, if not we will go to court because this unit is sold on lies. An ad said it scans at 30 FPS and in truth it is 7 frames per second. If you don't use a tripod type stability it loses tracking, the ad video says different. It says all the necessary software comes with it that is compatible with any printer, I am still looking for the print software. And customer service is absolutely rude, I called because the serial number kept showing up as invalid and customer service guy told me to talk to someone else and hung up on me. I would advise anyone to not buy this scanner, it is a hoax from start to finish. I gave it 1 star because that is the lowest rating ***ONE YEAR LATER*** After a year and too many hours to count this unit is still totally useless, I advise everyone to listen to people who have already been duped into buying this scanner. TOTALLY USELESS
