Worked great for a little under a month. Then the coffee started to become sour. Tried normal cleaning. Nothing. Thought the beans might be bad. Bought more and still bad. Bought two other brands of coffee to test, still bad. Thought I would descale it even though we only made maybe 80 cups of coffee (not 200 like the manuals recommends). STILL BAD!! Throughout all this we tried different grinds, tamping pressure, water temperature. No, no, no. Nothing worked. I expect a $150 machine to work longer than a month and some change. Worst purchase I bought. Trying to return it now or get something done. Just writing this as a warning to anyone thinking about getting this machine.
